🌱 Order Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods (such as seasonal launches), processing times may be slightly extended—but we’ll always keep you informed.

📦 Shipping Rates

✨ Complete Bloom Break Kits ship FREE

We offer free standard shipping on all Complete Bloom Break Kits within the United States.

For any other physical products or partial items, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, orders typically arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days (U.S. standard shipping)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

🌿 Digital Products

All digital products (including Bloom Break downloads and samples) are delivered instantly via email or download link after purchase.

No shipping required—just download and begin your rhythm right away.

📍 Shipping Locations

At this time, Binder & Bloom ships within the United States only.

(You can expand this later if you decide to go international.)

⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Binder & Bloom is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please:

  1. Check your tracking information

  2. Contact the carrier directly

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
